🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in Technical Support
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows/Mac and SaaS apps
  • Basic Networking knowledge
  • Ability to work with hardware vendors and service centers
  • Willingness to learn new IT Support skills and Remote First environments
  • Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
