- Contribute to team projects and share feedback on processes.
- This role is fully remote eligible.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 1+ years of technical or customer support experience.
- Empathetic, confident issue ownership and proper routing when needed.
- Working knowledge of assigned feature is a plus.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
- US Citizens or Permanent Residents eligible to work in our Federal Government segment.
