📋 Description

  • Explain complex solutions in simple terms; document for scale.
  • Troubleshoot and identify trends using the Support CRM.
  • Create reproducible test cases; provide feedback to improve product.
  • Escalate bugs; participate in product fixes; contribute to docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical customer support in SaaS/Tech.
  • Located in the United States.
  • Troubleshoot cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • APIs and Networking knowledge; Datadog log tools experience.
  • Experience with databases is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; AI-minded.
