  • Hands-on ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong systems fluency: Genesys/Amazon Connect, Salesforce
  • Experience with APIs is a bonus
  • Computer Science/Engineering background preferred
  • On-call rotation flexibility
