  • Provide Tier 1โ€“2 Help Desk support via phone, ticketing, remote tools, and in person
  • Troubleshoot laptops, tablets, phones, VPN, wireless, and business apps
  • Support Windows systems and Apple devices, and mobile connectivity
  • Monitor network and internet performance with IT Operations
  • Set up and deploy new equipment and software
  • Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and document outcomes

  • Associate of Science in Computer Services or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support
  • Experience supporting end users in a call-center or service-desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
