๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide escalated technical support across NeuroFlow products, incl. EHR integrations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues: software configurations, APIs, SSO.
  • Maintain 98%+ SLA compliance (8-hour target) across product lines.
  • Triage and route issues to engineering, turning customer problems into requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering/product to reproduce fixes and validate defects.
  • Surface recurring issues to inform roadmap and improve knowledge base.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1+ years in healthcare tech with EHR integrations, data workflows, SaaS configs.
  • Proven success with SaaS products and complex integrations (EHR, API, SSO).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain SLA compliance in fast-paced, high-volume support.
  • Strong troubleshooting across web apps, APIs, and databases.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira; read logs and API responses; basic SQL (nice to have).
  • U.S. Citizenship required; able to obtain Public Trust clearance (NeuroFlow will support).
