  • 1-3 years in a customer service/support role.
  • Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; Google BigQuery.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and Google Suite proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; comfortable with phone, email, chat.
  • Professional French for regional technical inquiries.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 operation.
