- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; Google BigQuery.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and Google Suite proficiency.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; comfortable with phone, email, chat.
- Professional French for regional technical inquiries.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 operation.
