  • Provide advanced, client-facing technical support for education software.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in tech support, systems admin, or enterprise software implementation; ed tech preferred.
  • Direct experience partnering with customer IT teams in client-facing roles.
  • Windows Server, virtualization, and mixed OS (Mac/Linux); remote access and ticketing/CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server or relational databases; basic SQL.
  • AD/LDAP, SSO and identity platforms (SAML2, ADFS, Azure AD, Google), and web services/APIs (HTTP/HTTPS).
