  • Provide first-line support for Mogli SMS & WhatsApp via multiple channels.
  • Collaborate remotely, share knowledge, and troubleshoot with the team.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, escalate to the Tech Support Manager as needed.
  • Apply Salesforce & Mogli knowledge to assess client needs and craft solutions.
  • Advocate for client priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain Salesforce Cases and KPIs, ensuring cross-department communication.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a software support role with Salesforce as power user or admin.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across channels in remote work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; explain tech to varied audiences.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to escalate client issues to Product, Senior Support, or Solutions Engineers.
  • Fluency in foreign languages and/or nonprofit/international development sector is a plus.
