- 2+ years in a software support role with Salesforce as power user or admin.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across channels in remote work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; explain tech to varied audiences.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to escalate client issues to Product, Senior Support, or Solutions Engineers.
- Fluency in foreign languages and/or nonprofit/international development sector is a plus.
