๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Engineering degree or related with equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year in customer support; SaaS a plus.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vanilla or jQuery) and REST-based API.
  • SSO and SAML concepts knowledge.
  • Cloud/SaaS architecture awareness and strong SQL knowledge.
