Provide support for end-user hardware and software across Windows, Linux, macOS
Install, configure, and update software per policies and security requirements
Manage user accounts including creation, modification, and deactivation
Support regulated environments including those subject to security clearance as needed
Handle support requests submitted via the helpdesk
Maintain hardware inventory and ordering of equipment

🎯 Requirements

U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph
Bachelor's or associate's degree in IT with 2-3 years experience or equivalent
Security+ or willingness to obtain required certifications
Experience with Windows and Linux
Experience with wired and wireless networks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
