  • Provide daily tech support to customers via phone, email, and webchat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Install and maintain hardware and software per client needs.
  • Document daily interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Expand technical knowledge through manuals and diagnostics.
  • Meet daily and monthly metrics with a positive attitude.

  • Advanced English (C1โ€“C2) proficiency.
  • 2+ years customer service, call center or help desk.
  • Hardware and/or networking knowledge preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, professional with customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem diagnosis skills.
  • PC and Mac OS knowledge; MS Office proficiency.
  • Remote role but may attend Kyiv trainings.
