๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Conduct screen sharing to guide troubleshooting and feature walkthroughs.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues; escalate complex bugs to Tier 2 with docs.
  • Help customers understand product features and provide workaround solutions.
  • Build and maintain self-service resources: knowledge base, saved replies, guides.
  • Surface product feedback to the Product team.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer or technical software support
  • Hands-on troubleshooting software issues
  • Confident conducting screen sharing to walk customers through solutions in real time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience with CRM and help desk tools; Intercom and Zendesk a plus
  • Degree preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
