- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Conduct screen sharing to guide troubleshooting and feature walkthroughs.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues; escalate complex bugs to Tier 2 with docs.
- Help customers understand product features and provide workaround solutions.
- Build and maintain self-service resources: knowledge base, saved replies, guides.
- Surface product feedback to the Product team.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer or technical software support
- Hands-on troubleshooting software issues
- Confident conducting screen sharing to walk customers through solutions in real time
- Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Experience with CRM and help desk tools; Intercom and Zendesk a plus
- Degree preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
