  • Ensure tickets are updated and closed per SLAs.
  • Assist implementations and file bugs in the problem-tracking system.

🎯 Requirements

  • B.S. in CS or related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting external/field clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency.
