Handle incoming technical queries via chat and email
Troubleshoot inquiries, including API integrations, systems, network and security impediments, and third-party integrations
Interpret API docs and create Tines workflows
Configure authentication types like OAuth and JWT
Build, troubleshoot, and document customer workflows remotely
Proactively identify improvements and high-impact bugs

🎯 Requirements

Two years plus of technical support experience in automation or related field
Experience troubleshooting in a web-based environment (HTTP, SSL, basic networking)
Experience with APIs, interpreting API documentation, and SDKs
Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with at least one modern programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and GraphQL
