🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years experience as a Support Engineer with APIs/telecom/SaaS.
- Voice technologies: SIP, VoiceXML, CCXML, WebRTC, Websockets.
- Voice software: Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Voxeo Prophecy.
- Experience supporting or integrating APIs and/or SDKs.
