🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience as a Support Engineer with APIs/telecom/SaaS.
  • Voice technologies: SIP, VoiceXML, CCXML, WebRTC, Websockets.
  • Voice software: Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Voxeo Prophecy.
  • Experience supporting or integrating APIs and/or SDKs.
