๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for the Deputy ecosystem and related integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex tech issues across APIs, integrations and configurations
  • Take ownership of escalated customer issues from investigation through to resolution
  • Perform tech analysis: log review, API troubleshooting, data validation
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to investigate defects and platform behaviour
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to tooling, automation, and process improvement

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms in a tech support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging across APIs, integrations and SaaS platforms
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript
  • Experience investigating issues using logs or browser DevTools
  • Ability to manage complex escalations and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
