📋 Description

  • Frontline investigation of escalated enterprise tickets via Intercom

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support, sysadmin, or DevOps focused on on-premise or hybrid infra
  • Hands-on troubleshooting in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, or HPC
  • Familiarity with Intercom, RGPD compliance, and security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; fluent in French and English
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
