  • Provide technical support to Sophos customers per defined SLAs.
  • Perform advanced remote troubleshooting to resolve installs and config.
  • Handle escalations within team response/resolution targets.
  • Work weekends and on-call shifts on rotation.
  • Provide feedback to improve support procedures and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in CS, E&E, CE, or related field.
  • 3+ years IT experience in systems/admin or tech support.
  • Experience with security products: Firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, VPNs.
  • Linux OS command line experience.
  • Active Directory/LDAP group policy configuration.
  • Cloud virtualization experience: AWS or Azure.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
