🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in support/engineering roles; 1-2 years mobile app troubleshooting.
  • CRM familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Technical know-how interfacing with engineers and SaaS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
