๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Act as first contact for customer inquiries (API usage, onboarding, authentication, integration, billing).
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 support or engineering with clear reproduction steps and logs.
  • Identify recurring questions and contribute improvements to docs, FAQs, and onboarding.
  • Write technical content, tutorials, how-to guides, and developer blogs for the API.
  • Help manage online developer communities (Slack, Reddit) by answering questions and surfacing feedback.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Prior Databento API experience and market data familiarity.
  • At least 2 years in technical support, QA, or engineering.
  • Working proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, SQL) a plus.
  • Observability tools familiarity (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Sentry) a plus.
  • Strong technical communication; DevRel experience a plus.
