  • Act as first point of contact for customer support inquiries.
  • Resolve API usage, onboarding, auth, integration, and billing issues.
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 with clear steps and logs.
  • Maintain ticket status, notes, and customer updates.
  • Identify recurring questions and improve docs and onboarding.
  • Participate in on-call frontline support.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical background.
  • Prior Databento customer experience strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years in technical support, QA, or engineering.
  • Working proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with financial trading or market data.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, curl, SQL) is a plus.
