  • Provide support via phone and email to DigiCert customers and partners
  • Troubleshoot complex product issues (installations, upgrades, network, Active Directory)
  • Submit defects/enhancements; work with developers and QA
  • Perform bug verification and manual testing; contribute to knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation and handle Level 2 escalations

  • 2-year IT/related degree or equivalent work exp

  • Kubernetes and Docker knowledge
  • REST API knowledge
  • PKI certificates knowledge
