Provide support via phone and email to DigiCert customers and partners
Troubleshoot complex product issues (installations, upgrades, network, Active Directory)
Submit defects/enhancements; work with developers and QA
Perform bug verification and manual testing; contribute to knowledge base
Participate in on-call rotation and handle Level 2 escalations
Mentor peers and deliver internal trainings to increase product knowledge

🎯 Requirements

2-year IT/related degree or equivalent work exp
2+ years in technical support
Kubernetes and Docker knowledge
REST API knowledge
PKI certificates knowledge
Unix OS; Java, JSON and OpenSSL; familiar with F5/A10 load balancers
