  • 2 year degree in IT, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of PKI certificates.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Comfortable on computer daily and communicating via phone and email.
