  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in support, engineering, or technical roles.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Comfort interfacing with engineers and translating tech concepts for SaaS.
  • Excellent customer service and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; speak Engineer and Human.
