๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide assistance to customers, consultants, and partners via portal, email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues by reproducing the problem and determining the resolution.
  • Create Knowledgebase articles regularly to expand self-help tools for customers and internal teams.
  • Triage newly reported problems, assign proper severity, and work to identify resolution.
  • Reproduce product defects and coordinate with the engineering maintenance team on scoping resolution.
  • Participate in client calls to give updates on outstanding support related issues.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in enterprise software support or a similar technical role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or IS focus preferred.
  • Experience with .NET applications preferred.
  • Proficiency with MSSQL/SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with Windows Server and IIS.
  • Strong environment architecture and troubleshooting across app server, DB, OS, security, and auth.
