- Triage newly reported problems, assign proper severity, and work to identify resolution.
- Reproduce product defects and coordinate with the engineering maintenance team on scoping resolution.
- Participate in client calls to give updates on outstanding support related issues.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in enterprise software support or a similar technical role.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or IS focus preferred.
- Experience with .NET applications preferred.
- Proficiency with MSSQL/SQL Server databases.
- Experience with Windows Server and IIS.
- Strong environment architecture and troubleshooting across app server, DB, OS, security, and auth.
