🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or 5+ years experience
  • Practical customer support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across all levels
  • Good knowledge of networks and Linux
  • Willing to travel
  • Knowledge of UAV protocols and RF basics
  • CJIS background check and US citizenship for clearance
