  • Assist customers, consultants, and partners via support portal, email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues by reproducing problems and determining resolutions.
  • Create Knowledge Base articles to expand self-help tools.
  • Triage new problems, assign severity, and drive resolutions.
  • Recreate product defects and coordinate with engineering for fixes.
  • Participate in client calls to provide updates on issues.

  • 2+ years with enterprise software in support, development/QA, or services.
  • Bachelor or Master in CS/Engineering or Business preferred.
  • .NET applications experience preferred.
  • MSSQL proficiency (intermediate).
  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Troubleshooting across App Server, DB, OS, and security.
