  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Complete Mendix training and achieve developer certification within 6 months.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year in software technical support (enterprise app support preferred).
  • Strong programming fundamentals: data structures, logic, algorithms, debugging.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON; modern integration concepts.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and SharePoint.
  • Background in energy efficiency or renewable energy programs (preferred) or Mendix exposure.
