  • Research, diagnose, and resolve hardware- and software-related issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, including network configuration.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and drive to resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering for root-cause analysis when needed.
  • Participate in on-call support and weekend coverage.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous practical experience in customer or technical support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of networking and Linux.
  • Understanding of cloud computing solutions.
  • Willingness to obtain a drone pilot license in the future.
