π― Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing support role.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes.
- Hands-on Argo CD experience in a professional setting.
- Familiar with SDLC, CI/CD, or GitOps concepts.
- Clear, customer-focused communication.
- Willing to be primary contact for open-source and enterprise users.
- Proactive thinker with scalable problem-solving.
- Experience with Argo projects (CD/Workflows/Rollouts) and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
