๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide technical support via email, screen share, and chat within SLAs.
  • Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging.
  • Own and resolve complex customer issues; escalate with TSS as final point.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the overall customer experience.
  • Explain complex solutions clearly and document for future use.
  • Troubleshoot and document issues in the Support CRM to identify trends.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical support in SaaS/Tech.
  • 2+ years in Tier 3 or Tier 4 support.
  • Based in Dublin, Ireland; 8 AM-5 PM IST with rotating on-call.
  • Strong troubleshooting with AWS, Azure, GCP: monitoring, load balancers, tagging.
  • REST/GraphQL APIs and networking fundamentals.
  • SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
