π― Requirements
- Customer-facing technical support experience
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
- Active Directory and Windows Server experience
- Firewall and network configuration experience
- Experience supporting ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and macOS
- Experience working with resellers/MSPs or channel partners
- EdTech or education sector experience preferred
