  • Respond to support queries from schools and VAR partners via phone, email, chat
  • Diagnose and resolve product, configuration, device, and networking issues
  • Own cases end-to-end with clear updates and follow-through

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or IT support
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Familiarity with firewall and network configuration
  • Experience supporting ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and macOS devices
  • Strong documentation discipline and structured troubleshooting
