π― Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or IT support
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
- Familiarity with firewall and network configuration
- Experience supporting ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and macOS devices
- Strong documentation discipline and structured troubleshooting
