  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant majors
  • 2-5 years of experience in programming, technical support, or related roles
  • English and Chinese communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Prioritization and ability to handle multiple urgent tickets
  • Technical knowledge to communicate with developers; e-commerce/payments experience a plus
