- Good knowledge of routing/switching basics, VLANs, BGP, latency, and troubleshooting.
- CCNA/JNCIA (or equivalent) desirable; experience with network incident resolution.
- Experience with fibre optic networks and fault domains; coordinate resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; clear customer updates.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and work autonomously in a semi-remote, global team.
