  • Maintain knowledge of Megaport products, networks, tools, policies.
  • Provide hands-on SME support and complex troubleshooting.
  • Escalate faults with clear, contextual information.
  • Ensure SLAs met and CSAT/NPS targets achieved.
  • Deliver responsive support across channels to a global customer base.
  • Document cases thoroughly; update knowledge bases and handovers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience in a comparable support role (ISP, data centre, telecoms or cloud).
  • Good knowledge of routing/switching basics, VLANs, BGP, latency, and troubleshooting.
  • CCNA/JNCIA (or equivalent) desirable; experience with network incident resolution.
  • Experience with fibre optic networks and fault domains; coordinate resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; clear customer updates.
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and work autonomously in a semi-remote, global team.
