  • Collaborate with WFM R&D, CS teams and partners to resolve WFM issues.
  • Maintain quality internal and external communication during analysis.
  • Provide high-level expertise to minimize R&D escalations.
  • Prioritize daily tasks and document RCAs for customers.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base and mentor other support engineers.
  • Initiate production changes and escalate unresolved issues.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Linux/Unix expert with exposure on server flavors.
  • 2-4 years L2/L3 tech support, Windows, Linux, SQL troubleshooting.
  • DB knowledge: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Administration of UNIX/Linux/Windows servers.
  • Experience with web-based applications and enterprise apps (on-prem & cloud).
  • Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts.
