  • Provide Tier 3 technical support with fast issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1/2, DevOps, and backend teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools to optimize workflow.
  • Build dashboards and monitoring to track system performance and incidents.
  • Work with Java/Spring Boot to troubleshoot and enhance APIs and microservices.
  • Document troubleshooting, root causes, and best practices for the knowledge base.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering for large-scale systems.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and trading or payment platforms.
  • Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for log analysis, QA, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Rust; Spring Boot and microservices a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP and RESTful API troubleshooting.
