- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and trading or payment platforms.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for log analysis, QA, and automation.
- Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Rust; Spring Boot and microservices a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP and RESTful API troubleshooting.
