Technical Support Engineer (Blockchain & Backend)

📋 Description

• Provide Tier 3 technical support with quick issue identification and escalation.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/2 support, DevOps, and backend teams to fix issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools to optimize workflows.
• Build dashboards and monitoring solutions to track performance and incidents.
• Collaborate with backend teams using Java/Spring Boot to troubleshoot APIs and microservices.
• Document troubleshooting processes and best practices for internal knowledge base.
• Support incident management, ensuring 24/7 stability of Binance’s trading platform.
• Explore new technologies and best practices in backend, automation, and Web3 infra.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-10 years in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering for large-scale systems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting across distributed systems in trading/payment platforms.
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for logs, QA, and automation.
• Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Rust; Spring Boot and microservices a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP, and RESTful API troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MySQL; NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Preferred: Java backend development and microservice troubleshooting.
• Experience in payment systems, fintech, or Web3 infrastructure.
• Understanding blockchain fundamentals and curiosity about DeFi, Web3, or AI-driven systems.
