- 3-5 years in technical customer support
- Self-driven and quick learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong DNS, SSL/TLS, and HTTP(S) knowledge
- Understanding of HTTP reverse proxying, caching, and load balancing
- Experience using Linux and common CLI tools
- Experience scripting in Bash, Python, JavaScript
- Experience installing web servers such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS
