  • Fulfill support requests via chat, email, and phone
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues
  • Track requests using our ticketing system
  • Join team meetings to share feedback
  • Help create/update technical docs and runbooks
  • Provide product feedback from customer interactions
  • Support testing of new releases and bug reporting
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in technical customer support
  • Self-driven and quick learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong DNS, SSL/TLS, and HTTP(S) knowledge
  • Understanding of HTTP reverse proxying, caching, and load balancing
  • Experience using Linux and common CLI tools
  • Experience scripting in Bash, Python, JavaScript
  • Experience installing web servers such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS
