- Built support automation with Zapier, Make, or similar.
- Comfortable with web app troubleshooting, API behavior, authentication, and browser debugging.
- Experience in or around healthcare tech: EHRs, clinical workflows, or payer-provider data flows.
- Proficient with monitoring/analytics tools: Datadog, Mixpanel, New Relic.
