  • Own Tier 2 support end-to-end: triage, investigate, resolve complex tickets.
  • Use AI as your primary tool to draft responses and triage.
  • Lead escalation across Eng and Product; inform stakeholders; close the loop with customers.
  • Build durable support infrastructure: document SOPs and automation.
  • Become the internal expert on Vim's platform and tooling.
  • Coach Tier 1; review tickets and build playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a technical support or solutions role at a SaaS company.
  • AI fluency; daily workflow with LLMs, copilots, or AI-powered tools.
  • Built support automation with Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Comfortable with web app troubleshooting, API behavior, authentication, and browser debugging.
  • Experience in or around healthcare tech: EHRs, clinical workflows, or payer-provider data flows.
  • Proficient with monitoring/analytics tools: Datadog, Mixpanel, New Relic.
