📋 Description

  • Become a trusted Forter product expert and first contact for customers.
  • Help customers maximize Forter’s platform and become power users.
  • Develop and execute short-term solutions to resolve complex client issues.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and report bugs.
  • Be an advocate for customers and proactively find solutions.
  • Document interactions and resolution paths for customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience with a technical product.
  • Strong writing and clear communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting tech issues and explaining results clearly.
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Git, GitHub, Python, REST APIs.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and strong attention to detail.
