  • Investigate and resolve API/SDK technical issues
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Be curious, learn rapidly, and solve problems
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
  • Identify bugs and escalate to next-level support
  • Communicate with diverse audiences (devs, non-tech)

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2-4 years in technical support, customer success or TAM in Telecom or SAAS
  • Experience supporting or implementing APIs or SDKs
  • IP-based real-time multimedia protocols: VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC, WebSockets
  • Troubleshoot client and server-side code
  • Nice to have: PHP/Python/Ruby/Node; JavaScript, iOS or Android dev
