🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in technical support in tech industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of PKI certificates
  • Working knowledge of Rest APIs
  • Nice to have: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and other software
