  • Analyze data from online transactions to understand Forter's AI decisioning and fraud signals.
  • Explain AI decisions to merchants/customers via ticketing system and calls.
  • Partner with Analytics to relay customer feedback to update the model and improve precision.
  • Educate customers about Forter's Policy Builder and help adopt policies per best practices.
  • Oversee and maintain merchant business rules within the Forter model.
  • Draft and publish knowledge base content for common questions to enable self-service.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience troubleshooting data analytics in SaaS, software, or FinTech.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex analytical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for great customer experience.
  • Experience translating analytical issues into digestible customer explanations.
  • Strong bilingual English/Japanese skills required; Korean/Mandarin a bonus.
