- Tier 3 troubleshooting across GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Cloud platforms: AWS and GCP required; Azure a plus.
- Containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
