📋 Description

  • Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers.
  • Troubleshoot across cloud, CI/CD, SCMs, APIs and integrations.
  • Investigate issues in GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket.
  • Work with Grafana dashboards and monitoring tools to diagnose problems.
  • Collaborate with R&D to diagnose product issues and drive fixes.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication during high-impact issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical or product support for SaaS, AppSec or DevOps.
  • Tier 3 troubleshooting across GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS and GCP required; Azure a plus.
  • Containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
