📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned tickets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Technical Support within software/tech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for diverse, business audiences.
  • Proven software troubleshooting with a customer-centric approach.
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnets, routing, firewall, proxy) and port validation.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs in corporate environments.
  • Experience reading or writing code, with preference for Python.
