🎯 Requirements

- Tier 3 troubleshooting across source control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket), APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrations
- Cloud platforms: AWS and GCP required; Azure a plus
- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring: Grafana and similar tools
- CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps
