  • Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties

🎯 Requirements

  • BS degree in CS or equivalent
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems
  • Passion for solving complex technical issues
  • Expert troubleshooting and critical thinking
  • Excellent client-facing and written/verbal communication
  • Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking experience; bonus: Splunk/Elasticsearch/LogStash
