📋 Description

  • Provide frontline phone/email support to debug complex security and network issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to test, troubleshoot and give product feedback.
  • Document incident resolutions in the support DB for actionable solutions.
  • Mentor teammates on advanced troubleshooting and contribute to training.
  • Analyze customer use-cases to inform product direction across the cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years troubleshooting SSL, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN Optimization.
  • Knowledge of SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs.
  • Strong ability to read and analyze packet captures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
